AI Strategy & Use-Case Consulting
We visit your business units and translate "what AI can do" into a ranked list of use cases that actually save money in your industry — with ROI estimates, in two weeks.
The first question most companies ask is not "can AI do this" but "which part of my business is actually worth doing". No industry report can answer that. Discrete and process manufacturing have entirely different pain points; a directly-operated chain and a franchised one sit on entirely different data.
So we do not start from models. We start from your workflows.
Who this is for
Companies that know they should do something, but cannot agree internally on what to do first — or have been pitched several proposals and cannot tell which is worth the money. The typical profile: clear operational pain, some accumulated data, but nothing solid enough to take to the board.
We will also tell you when it is not for you. If your core workflows are not yet digitised and the data still lives on paper, the priority is digitising the workflow, not adding AI. We will say so rather than push a deal.
What we actually do
Two weeks, three things:
- Visit the business units. Not a survey — on site. Two or three people from each of production, sales, support and finance. What their day actually looks like, where the hours go, which actions repeat.
- Audit the data. What exists in current systems, what quality it is in, whether it can be extracted, whether permissions block it. Plenty of projects die here, so we check first.
- Run the numbers. For each candidate: how many people it affects, hours saved per person per week, investment required, time to visible effect.
What you get
A ranked list of use cases and an ROI worksheet. The list is sorted by speed-to-value against implementation difficulty; each entry states what gets built, which systems it touches, and what the business side must contribute. The worksheet gives ranges, not single numbers — we will not pretend to forecast precisely.
If the conclusion is "not worth doing right now", that is what we write.
Timeline and investment
Two weeks as standard, with roughly half spent on site. Larger organisations or multi-plant scope extend this to three or four weeks; we say so before starting.
Relative to a full transformation this step costs very little, but it determines whether the next order of magnitude gets spent well. We offer a free 30-minute call first, to judge whether there is anything here worth doing at all.
Common questions
We have an IT department — do we need outside consulting
What is usually missing is not technical skill but lateral perspective. Your IT team knows your systems best, yet rarely gets to see which mistakes peers have already made. Our value is bringing in patterns proven elsewhere, and the failures, so you skip a round.
Will you just recommend your own products
We do have our own knowledge base and Agent platform, and we will say plainly when reusing them saves time. But if off-the-shelf SaaS is the better economics for a given use case, we recommend SaaS. Pointing the wrong way during consulting only makes implementation more painful.
Can we take the output and implement it elsewhere
Yes. The deliverables are yours and work with any implementation partner. Some clients have taken the list, done the easiest item themselves, and come back for the rest only after it worked.
